Our Vision
Share-List Property was founded as an industrial property brokerage in 2005, by Rob McInerney, with the vision of improving market efficiency by sharing! We work with other brokers to assist them in finding suitable properties for their clients in our focus areas. We have however, now become more focuses and are recognised as the experts in Industrial and Logistics properties in the areas surrounding Hammarsdale and Cato Ridge, where we have sold and leased more properties than all other brokerages combined.
Where Share-List Property Operates
Our focus area on the N3 Corridor in the Outer West of Durban extends from Shongweni to Lynnfield Park, just beyond Camperdown. This includes the following areas listed going from Durban to Pietermaritzburg:

We strongly believe that Cato Ridge, Hammarsdale and the surrounding areas offer significant growth prospects with good access via the N3 and rail networks to the rest of the country and, together with the Cato Ridge Dry Port, make it an attractive business location. Many large companies, including Mr Price, Ackermans and PEP have seen those benefits and have located their large distribution centres in Keystone Park, situated in the heart of our area.
