Thank you for your interest in listing your property with us!

Our aim is to assist you to Sell or Lease your property as quickly and efficiently as possible in a manner that works best for you.

We therefore offer the following options:

Sole Mandate with Share-Listing Option
This is our recommended option if you haven’t already listed your property with others. It offers the following advantages for yourself as Landlord or Seller:

  1. Your property gets maximum exposure with minimum effort. The initial period of sole mandate allows us time to approach our existing clients without fear of commission disputes and also to advertise without reservation.
  2. You deal with only one broker but get maximum advertising and access to over 150 associate brokers at the time of share-listing.
  3. You can concentrate on your core business and we will assist with the sale or leasing of your property and attend all queries until an offer is presented.
  4. It doesn’t cost you, the Landlord/Seller any more as we share the commission.
  5. The Selling or Leasing Broker will get 80% of the commission and we retain 20% so it is still enough to keep the Selling/Leasing broker motivated.
  6. We are able to offer maximum advertising and we prepare a marketing plan for you.

Share-Listing Mandate
This offers similar advantages to the above, the only exclusion being the additional advertising spent during the sole mandate period.

Open Mandate
If you have already listed your property with others or if you feel that you would rather deal with a number of brokers directly, because we haven’t yet proved ourselves to you (or for whatever other reason), we are happy to list your property as an open mandate and do what we can to sell or lease it as fast as possible.

Commission Structures
Our commission structures, unless otherwise agreed, are as follows:

Leasing - 5% of the first two years rental, 2,5% of the next 3 years rental, 1,5% of the next 3 years rental, and 1% of the next 2 years rental plus vat but a minimum of one month’s rental plus vat. This amount is due and payable once the lease is signed by both parties and the deposit and first month’s rental have been paid.

Sales - 5% of the Selling Price plus vat and payable on transfer.
